Around our school yesterday

It was a real pleasure to visit most of the KS2 classes yesterday and join in their exploration of number. Lots of creative ways of engaging the children in the process of ordering and recognising individual digit values, as well as strategies to support their mental addition skills.

Also great to spot a few lighthouses!
