This week we have been taking part in the Archbishops call to prayer - Thy Kingdom come.
This has involved a number of activities - including going across to church for an opportunity to creatively explore different aspects of prayer.
The children really enjoyed these sessions, from the bubble machine that greeted them - our prayers going up to God - to the opportunity to dance, write on the prayer board, express their thanks, pray for our new Bishop and to add themselves to the 'God's family' photo book!
Many thanks to the staff at St Johns Church who organised these events - the children were totally engaged and loved the creativity.
