Forgiveness from others view point
In preparation for various school assemblies linked to this theme, there have been a number of different comments and quotes that I have set aside to share with the children. Each of them makes us think about the practical outworking of forgiveness, the difference it can make both in our lives, the lives of others and the communities and world in which we live.
It has always struck me that God calls us to forgive not just because it can heal our relationships with others but also because it can have a real impact on our own lives as well. As Nelson Mandela once said - it can liberate the soul!
