First days at school

It has been wonderful to wander around our foundation base over the last couple of days to see our new foundation stage children settling into school. They have been very enthusiastic, confident and articulate! All seem to have been enjoying a range of activities as well as meeting new staff and friends.

Today they had a visit from two very special people - our chief cooks! They came to talk to the children about lunch times and to share what the menus are like. There was a lot of discussion about puddings in particular!

Tomorrow the whole year group joins us for three days of school, I am sure there will be lots of tired children by the end of the week.
